PURPOSE:To enable the implementation of a water pressure test efficiently in a short time with a simple operation, by driving a fluid cylinder provided on a clamping truck to close both end openings of a marine hose body watertightly with a pressure plate having a water feed port and an air bleeding port so that a specified pressure water may be sealed in. CONSTITUTION:Adaptors 15 are interposed as required at specified positions of two clamping trucks 2a and 2b and a hose receiving truck provided therebetween to place a marine hose body 1 intended for a water pressure test. Then, fluid cylinders 9 provided on the trucks 2a and 2b are driven and extended to close both end openings 11 of the hose body 1 watertightly with a pressure plate 14. Then, a pressure water is supplied to the hose body 1 from a water feed port 12 of the pressure plate 14 through a supply pump 18 to be driven with a motor M to bleed air through a air bleeding port 13. Thus, upon the completion of sealing in the pressure water, a fixed pressure water is fed to the hose body 1 to perform a water pressure test for durability, water resistance and the like.
