摘要

The patient care system is computer based in which a screen display provides a pull down menu that list items ranging from catheter requirements, nursing requirement and medical treatment. Selection of any item results in an on screen display of the different options for catheterisation (4-11). The locations of catheter functions are indicated by the cursor in relation to icons on a body symbol. For treatment a range of organ symbols are displayed on the screen and a time scale indicates different requirements. A similar display indicates nursing care requirements. ADVANTAGE - Provides reliable, structured plane and documentation.
