摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a hot rolled starting plate for continuously annealed cold rolled steel sheet or continuously hot-dip galvanized cold rolled steel sheet used for automobile parts, etc., and excellent in workability in high yield. ;CONSTITUTION: A steel having a composition containing 0.01-0.020% C, 0.05-0.15% Mn, ≤0.015% P, 0.004-0.015% S, 0.05-0.15% Al, and ≤0.0025% N is hot-rolled at a temp. not lower than the transformation point. Coiling is done so that the occurrence of coil slackening is prevented at the time of coiling at 630-700°C, and the cooling velocity at the edge of the coil is regulated to ≤7°C/min from ≥550°C downward. Further, directly after the starting of coiling, the inside peripheral part can be tightened by extending a mandrel. By this method, the deterioration allowance of the average r-value at the coil edge after cold rolling and annealing can be regulated and production in high yield is made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
