SILICON COMPOUND HAVING BIS@(3754/24)SILOXY)AROMATIC RING SKELETON OR BIS@(3754/24)ALKENE SKELETON, ITS PRODUCTION AND PHOTOSENSITIVE AND/OR HEAT-RESISTANT MATERIAL CONTAINING THE COMPOUND
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject compound useful as a photosensitive material, etc., in high safety, efficiency and yield with simple operation by inserting a quinone compound, etc., into an Si-Si bond of a silicon compound having Si-Si bond in the presence of a catalyst such as palladium. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective compound of formula IV (R1 is bivalent aromatic ring) or formula V can be produced by preparing a quinone compound such as a resin quinone having a skeleton of formula II (b is 0-3) or a 1,2-diketone compound such as the compound of formula III (R15 is bivalent organic group) produced by using an aromatic hydrocarbon compound containing ≤20 carbon atoms in the ring as the matrix compound and inserting the quinone or diketone compound into an Si-Si bond of a silicon compound having one or more Si-Si bonds, e.g. a compound of formula I (R2 to R7 are alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkenyl, etc.) in the presence of a palladium or platinum catalyst.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
