PURPOSE: To construct a gravity type concrete dam at low cost by forming an external concrete wall having high strength of a material easy to be transported and handled. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of precast concrete boards 1 are stacked and an external concrete wall is built, and PC steel materials 2, 13 are inserted to each precast concrete board 1 and prestress is introduced.
