PURPOSE:To attain the man-hour decrease and standardization of a project management, and to improve the certainty of management data by mechanically judging the progress situation of the manufacture level of the program, and the program maintenance situation of a maintenance level. CONSTITUTION:An information registering part 1 registers the result of the preparing and updating operation of the program in an information managing part 2 which manages it, and the information registered in the information managing part 2 is outputted to a document or a screen by a retrieval outputting part 3. The information registered, managed, and outputted by the information registering part 1, information managing part 2, and retrieval outputting part 3 indicates the operating situation at the time of mainly using a software development supporting tool (tool) as a status.
