Device for unblocking obstructed pipes of external works made principally of PVC. The invention relates to a device enabling obstructed external-works pipes to be unblocked. It is constituted by an elastically deformable flexible sleeve interposed permanently on a pipe so as to facilitate the draining of waste water and their continuous flow towards the total sewer without impairing the environment, thereby avoiding the nuisance and rudimentary processes used hitherto with little success. The device is intended for all mains (networks) and systems for draining domestic or industrial waste water. It is adaptable to existing or future external works, on condition of ensuring the sealing and fastening thereof by means of suitable procedures (adhesives), clamping joints (gripping seals, etc.).
