PURPOSE:To lower golf ball bouncing, lessen damage and permit golf ball to be made at a lower cost by providing a rubber on surface of a paved road. CONSTITUTION:An impact absorbent rubber plate 3 is adhered on a paved road 2 in the premises of a golf course. In this case, the surface level of the paved road is made nearly the same as the ground surface of the sod (or the rough) and the rubber plate 3 is laid thereon to be almost flat with the height of the sod. Furthermore, a substance 4 detectable with a metal detector is embedded in the central portion of the rubber plate 3.
