摘要

PURPOSE: To shorten a processing time and to simplify a device by transferring the constant proportional part of respective charge signals of a row of the charge signals outputted from a CCD picture array to a filter array and shifting the remaining charge signals to a PEL(picture element) output serial register. CONSTITUTION: When the clock phase 1 (ϕ1) of the PEL output serial register is turned on and clock phases 2-4 are turned off, charge packets showing the horizontal PEL row are inputted to all the stages of the PEL output serial register 410 in parallel from the CCD picture array. When the incoming charge packet is inputted to the potential well of the phase 1, phases A and B are turned on and a phase C is turned off. The new charge packets are common to the phases 1, A and B. At time T2, the phase A is turned on and the phase B separates the measured part of the charge in the potential well. The remaining part of the charge is separated by the phase 1 and the PEL output serial register starts the shift operation by using the phases 1-4 at time T3.
