PURPOSE:To efficiently confirm the classification and the installation position of each terminal apparatus by displaying specific contents according with designation of the receiver side on the display part of the terminal apparatus for disaster prevention and monitor designated on the receiver side. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission control part 3 receives a command signal to discriminate the maintenance mode, it waits for designation of its own address. When the address signal coincides with its own address, a display control part 20 periodically flickers a display part 4 to display the classification of a sensor 5 attached to a base part 2. That is, data of the classification of the sensor 5 attached to the base part 2 is set to the transmission control part 3, and the flickering operation is performed with a prescribed period corresponding to this classification when its own address is designated in the maintenance mode. Thus, the classification and the installation position of each terminal apparatus are efficiently confirmed at the time of maintenance or the like.
