PURPOSE:To facilitate a manufacturing method by a method wherein several flow regulator unit members having a plurality of opening apertures adjacent to each other through thin-wall portions are piled up and fixed at both end surfaces thereof and at the same time cut in such a direction as crossing the opening apertures and the end surfaces are heated and deposited to each other. CONSTITUTION:In order to form a flow regulating mechanism 1, several flow regulator units 2 are piled up in such a way as their opening apertures 3 face the same direction and the piled up flow regulator units are mounted on a mounting table 4 in such a manner as both end surfaces provided with opening holes 3 become the front and rear ends. Further, the front end of the piled-up flow regulator units is passed through a fixing frame 11 and projected from the front end of the mounting table 4. A moving frame 8 is moved in a direction A to cut the end with a heating line 5, each of the piled-up surface of the respective flow regulator units 2 is heated and melted to be deposited to an adjoining flow regulator units 2. With this arrangement, a manufacturing device and a manufacturing process become less expensive and a flow regulator unit member can be varied.
