PURPOSE:To easily mount reinforcing bars by mounting a horizontal reinforcements below the upper end of perforated plate by an upper concrete covering depth-size, and mounting vertical reinforcements inward from the side face of the perforated plate by a side concrete covering depth-size. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal reinforcement 21 is mounted below the upper end of perforated plate 1 by an upper concrete covering depth-size of reinforcing bars arranged between the perforated plates 1, vertical reinforcement 22 is mounted on the horizontal reinforcement 21 inward apart from the side face of the perforated plate by a side concrete covering depthsize of reinforcing bars arranged between the perforated plates 1, and thus- a formwork is formed. A reinforcing cage 3 consisting of main reinforcements 31 and stirrups 32 is fixed at a specified height from the ground surface of a slope by means of anchor-reinforcing bars 4. Further, after the formwork is installed on the reinforcing cage 3, and the distances L1, L2 equal to the respective concrete covering depth are established on the upper face and on the side faces of the reinforcing cage 3, concrete is placed in the formwork.
