A long hair of a fibroid sheet is raised with a counter pile roller ratating ten tines or more for the progressing velocity of a raw fabric. The raising machine comprises a machine base (5) having an acute angle of 35 deg. or more, a vat (20) fixed in the machine base and the counter oile roller (3). The raw fabric is warp-knitted with polyester filament yarns, and dyed and dried.
