Chemical compounds consisting of an oligonucleotide or an oligodeoxynucleotide comprising a chain sequence of natural or modified nucleotides and bonded by a covalent bond to an insertion radical and to a reactive chemical radical. These compounds can be employed as artificial nucleases specific for nucleic acid sequences. They can be employed for selective blocking of the expression of a gene chosen beforehand by acting directly either on the genetic data or on the messenger RANs.
