PURPOSE:To automate tree assembling, and improve the yield of materials and the efficiency of production by fitting and connecting the end parts of the assembling units to be joined to each other, and coupling these by means of an adhesive agent thereby forming a tree. CONSTITUTION:Assembling units 1 are conveyed to a metal mold and are set in the metal mold. Wax is flowed to form plural wax patterns 7... around the central part 1c of the units 1 into one piece, whereby unit patterns 8 are formed. Next, the top end 1a is held by a manipulator and the units are mechanically taken out from the metal mold. On the way, an adhesive agent is stuck on the bottom edge 1d, and the assembling unit 1 are fitted to a metal-made cylindrical porous type cross gate bar 10 set in combination with a wax patter 9 for sprue. Since the adhesive agent has been stuck on the bottom edges 1d of the assembling units 1 of the respective unit patterns 8, the units 1 firmly couple to themselves. In this way, the multiple units patterns 8... are mounted to the cross gate bar 10, and a cap 11 is mounted to the uppermost end, whereby a tree 12 is assembled and perfected.
