PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of levee as well as prevent the leakage of water by providing a partition wall made of a water-impermeable antiseptic material, e.g., plastic plate or concrete wall, etc., for the central part of the levee. CONSTITUTION:A cut-off partition wall made of a water-impermeable antiseptic material, e.g., plastic plate or concrete wall, etc., is constructed along the longitudinal direction of the central part of a levee. The leakage of water and the degradation of the levee can thus be prevented.
