PURPOSE:To efficiently attain document print while decreasing the time from the document reception to the print by storing once an instructed reception document in current file in a word processor at a reception side, reading immediately the data from the current file and printing it. CONSTITUTION:A document received from a word processor 1 at a sending side to a word processor 9 at the reception side is stored once in the current file. When a reception instant print flag is set to logic 1, the mode printing instantly the corresponding document is instructed to decide whether or not the document form of the documents stored in the current file is a different type equipment communication (hetero communication). In case of the hetero communication, after the document is converted, the received document is printed and the processing is finished. When it is decided that the communication is not the hetero communication, the print processing is attained immediately.
