Is described for a new nitrogen additives which can be used as agents for the lowering of the cloud point of the middle distillates, in particular of the gas oils, and the compositions of middle distillates containing the additives. / p & & p & the additives, regarded result of the condensation of compounds comprising a primary amine function, such as fatty amines, polyamines derived of fatty amines, polyamines, comprising a primary amine function and a tertiary amine function, the amino - alcohols and ethers of fatty amines in the copolymers obtained from vinyl esters and of the compounds maleic (diacids, diesters or anhydrides). / p & & p & a significant effect of lowering of the cloud point of the middle distillates are processed by these additives is observed for concentrations of 0,001 to 1 by weight of additives. / p & & p & these additives improve in addition, the temperature limit of filterability and the point of discharge of the middle distillates; they retard the sedimentation of paraffin formed and reduce the corrosion of the metal surfaces in contact with the middle distillates.
