Grommet device for retaining an electrical-power supply lead at the output of an apparatus so as to protect it from traction forces exerted on this lead. This grommet is intended to be fixed in the vicinity of the edge 12 of a wall 11 having a recess. It is extended by a plate 15 which is applied against the external face 16 of the wall 11 while the corresponding end of the body 14 of the grommet is applied against the internal face 16a of the wall 11. The plate 15 is connected to the body 14 via an extension of the channel housing the portion of the lead 24 leaving the apparatus. IMAGE
