The frame construction method involves forming site access and pipe networks and placing the foundations. A concrete slab (1) is then laid that incorporates, along one of its edges, a prefabricated concrete box (12) that contains meters and gives access to all the services. The woodwork of the vertical frames (2) is then raised and the floor is placed together with the carpentry for the roof before the whole is covered with a sheet of plastic material. The exterior woodwork (19) is then placed, followed by the vertical profiles (22,23) between which the exterior dressing is fitted (24).
