Method for obtaining fruitful from the Enzymatic isomerization of glucose. Prepare a solution with 20 to 70% by weight of glucose FROM ENZYMATIC hydrolysis of Starch, Cobalt chloride and magnesium sulfate.Mixed with a suspension containing 1 to 5 units of Enzyme glucosaismerasa from microorganism Streptomyces griseoflavus NICB 11542, per ml of suspension, and ismeriza mixture temperature of 25 - 80 C. the mixture composition is three volumes of solution gluco Sa per volume of suspension of the Enzyme.It is used as feedstock in the manufacture of Invert Sugar.
