Tasty food is prepd. from large closed mushrooms. The stalk is removed from the mushroom and replaced by a stalk shaped meat ball. The meat ball is fixed in by a sterilisation operation. The meat ball is made out of meat and the pureed stalk. The mushrooms are first blanched then stalked. The meat ball is then inserted into the gap in the cap left by the stalk. This combination is then sterilised, during which the meat ball expands and becomes fixed into the mushroom head. Used to provide a tasty food. Provides mushrooms in an attractive and nutritious from without need for further prepn.
