摘要
A laser aneomometer is used to determine the velocity of particles in a fluid. It produces interference fringes in the flow by means of the laser beam and it has a photoelectric cell to determine the Doppler frequency of the particles flowing in the fringe region. It also has a unit which counts the number of maxima and minima of the modulated signal detected by the photocell. The counting unit has an amplifier (15) with feedback (16) connected to the terminal (14) of the photocell. The output (17) of the amplifier (15) is connected to two diodes (18,19) and a capacitor (20) circuit. A comparator (21) connected to the amplifier (15) and the diode-capacitor circuit (18,19,20) produces a signal at its output (23) when the voltage difference between its two inputs (17,22) is greater than a present threshold.
