Goto-pair circuit comprises two series-aiding connected tunnel diodes with load resistors connected in parallel with the tunnel diodes. The peak currents of the two tunnel diodes and/or the resistance values of the load resistors can be allowed to differ from one another. A correction d.c. source is connected to the point of connection of the two tunnel diodes. A constant current source is specif. used as the correction d.c. source, and is of the order of the peak current(s) or a fraction of the tunnel diodes.
