PVC, (b) 0.7-14 pts of a PVC plasticizer, (c) 4-25 pts. of an impact modifier for PVC, (d) 1-3 pts. of a PVC processing agent, (e) 1-3 pts. of a lubricant and (f) 6-11 pts. of a stabilizer compsn., esp. 0.8-4 pts. of a stabilizer and 6-11 pts. of a stabilizer builder. The compsns. can be formed at elevated temps. into sheets e.g. 1.02-6.35 mm thick having the following properties: limiting tensile strength 1,38h bars; elongation at break 3-30%; flexural modulus 34.5-483h bars; notched impact strength 0.158-15.77 Joules/cm notch; Rockwell hardness (R scale) 75-110; and a vicat softening pt. 60-80 degrees C. Pref. components (a) PVC with a mol. wt. of 15000-40,000. (b) phthalate plasticiziers, (c) impact modifiers consisting of methylmethacrylate/butadiene/styrene copolymers, ABS or chlorinated polyethylene; (d) an acrylic processing agent such as Rohm and Hass K-120N (RTM) or Kanegafuchi PA 20 (RTM); (e) a lubricant comprising glycerides, citrates or hydrogenated medium- and long chain fatty acids; and (f) stabilizer such as a stearate of Ca, Sn or Zn and a stabiliser builder such as epoxides soya oil, bis- and tri-nonylphenyl phosphites or PVA.
