The adjuster and measurer for the angle of incidence of trimming tabs on the rotor baldes of helicopters has a reference disc which can be laid fast onto the rotor blade, and a calsp, rotatable w.r.t. the reference disc, which can be connected to the trimming tab such that the position of the tab can be read off from a scale fitted to the reference disc. Preferably, the disc is semicircular and has an angle scale. The clasp has a slot engaging around the tab and bears a sector-shaped disc whose edge is U-shaped and slidingly embraces the semicircular edge of the reference disc. One shank of the U has a pointer which covers the scale. The angle can be measured simultaneously with the bending process.
