'Bodenfelder Krauter-Harzer/Mainzer' cheese (RTM) is produced by adding to a lean cheese (fats 1%) about 0.4-1 wt.% of a mixt. of herbs and seasoning agents (pref. 40-60% of lovage, 20-40% of parsley, 0-20% of basic and 0-20% of garlic). Taste of cheese and its digestibility is considerably improved.
