PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture imaging device capable of imaging how cells grow in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: This cell culture imaging device 100 expands a cell culture unit 10 including a main surface 11 provided with a plurality of concave wells 12 in which cells 1 are cultured, and cells 1 cultured in the wells 12. It includes an imaging unit 20 for imaging. The cell culture unit 10 is arranged so that the main surface 11 is along the vertical direction, and the imaging unit 20 images the state of the cells cultured in the well 12 from an orthogonal direction intersecting the main surface 11.
