PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning model data reconstructing device capable of deleting and reconstructing data for a specified period from pre-constructed learning model data. A learning model data 10 constructed in advance for determining an abnormality of a plant facility or apparatus is input to a designated unit 2, and a designated unit 2 specifies a period of the learning model data 10. Next, from the learning model data 10, the data for the period specified by the designated unit 2 is deleted by the deletion unit 3, the deleted learning model data 12 is formed, and the data is reconstructed based on the deleted learning model data 12.
