A vehicle input device comprising: an interior panel (11) being a non-transparent sheet-shaped member providing part of the vehicle interior; and fixing sections (16) for fixing the interior panel to the vehicle. The interior panel has set therein: an operation area (111a) in which a plurality of designs indicating control content that a passenger can specify are arranged; and a non-operation area (111b) being a section other than the operation area. A rear surface side of the operation area comprises a control unit (15) that has a press sensor (12) and a vibration device (13) arranged therein, specifies passenger operation content on the basis of detection results for the press sensor, and vibrates the vibration device, said press sensor (12) being for detecting a user press operation on a switch section (111) in which the designs are arranged on the surface of the operation area and said vibration device (13) vibrating the operation area in an operation surface orthogonal direction being a direction orthogonal to the surface of the operation area. A plurality of fixing sections are provided in the non-operation area but none are provided in the operation area.
