The system trains the artificial-intelligence based system to negotiate with one or more users for transportation services. In addition, the system obtains a first set of data from the one or more users. Further, the system prepares a first cost quotation for one or more transport vehicles. Furthermore, the system sends the first cost quotation to the one or more users. Moreover, the system receives a response from the one or more users for negotiating on cost. Also, the system analyses the response from the one or more users. Also, the system continuously interacts with the one or more users for the cost negotiation. Also, the system sends a final cost quotation to the one or more users.
