PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for lowering intraocular pressure in a patient suffering from glaucoma. In one aspect, the present disclosure is a composition for lowering intraocular pressure in a glaucoma-affected patient with brimonidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and timolol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition is provided, which comprises a salt thereof. The patients covered by the compositions of the present disclosure are those suffering from glaucoma. The compositions of the present disclosure can be administered to patients who have been inadequately treated with other glaucoma therapeutic agents. [Selection diagram] None
