The present invention relates to a dementia animal model and a method of manufacturing the same, including a complex dementia risk factor characterized by a male-specific dementia predictive index, and more specifically, to a simple physiologically dementia without high-difficulty techniques such as transformation. It can be induced, and its phenotype includes a combination of risk factors for dementia, which are manifested by increased acetylcholinesterase activity in male-specific hippocampal tissue, increased systolic blood pressure, increased blood sugar, decreased vascular endothelial-dependent relaxation rate of the carotid artery, and decreased high-density lipoprotein in the blood. It relates to an animal model of dementia. The animal model of dementia according to the present invention reflects the major risk factors of dementia, such as high blood sugar and high blood pressure, and has the advantage of being cost-effective because the manufacturing method is simple compared to the existing animal model of dementia, and the phenotype is male-specific hippocampus.
