PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge sharing support device, a knowledge sharing support method and a program which enable an organization to easily share necessary knowledge. A knowledge sharing support device (10) includes a storage unit (11) that stores member information, dialogue information, and knowledge item information, and a knowledge strength determination unit (12) that determines the strength of each member's knowledge item based on behavioral information. The intimacy determination unit 13 that determines the intimacy between members from the combination of the member identification information of the speech information and the response information, and the knowledge item of the search target determined by linguistically analyzing the search information. A member candidate selection unit 14 that selects a member with a high value as an information provider candidate, and an intimacy network generation that generates a member network connected to the information provider candidate based on the intimacy with the searcher's identification information as a starting point. A unit 15 and an output unit 16 that outputs a member network connected to an information provider candidate indicating strength to a target knowledge item, starting from the searcher, are included in the search.
