The present invention relates to a biomarker of benA and cyp51A genes for molecular diagnosis of major clinical Aspergillus species and a control gene synthesis for qualitative quantitative analysis, and more specifically, the present invention relates to molecular diagnosis of Aspergillus species By using the benA and cyp51A gene biomarkers for aspergillosis, the Aspergillus species that cause Aspergillosis are molecularly and quickly diagnosed, and the azole-resistant Aspergillus species is identified, and the effective aspergillus species is selected through the selection of an appropriate antifungal agent. It makes it possible to cure perugillosis.
