To provide humanized anti-tau antibody in Alzheimer's disease.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology and diagnosis, prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The disclosure provides a humanized antibody against human tau capable of discriminate normal (healthy) tau and pathological (disease-associated) tau. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that destroys higher brain structures such that those involved in memory and cognition. This disease causes declines in memory, learning, language, and in the ability to perform intentional and purposeful movement, in addition to deficits in cognitive function.
