The present invention relates to a smart band for determining cardiac arrest through motion noise and a cardiac arrest management system using the same, and more particularly, to use motion noise data extracted from sensing data of a heart rate sensor to determine whether the control unit is in cardiac arrest. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a smart band for determining cardiac arrest through motion noise, which can improve the reliability of cardiac arrest judgment and prevent additional mounting of a sensor required for cardiac arrest judgment, and a cardiac arrest management system using the same. To this end, the present invention provides a smart band for determining a wearer's cardiac arrest, the smart band comprising: a heart rate sensor for measuring a wearer's heart rate signal; a control unit configured to receive a sensing signal measured from the heart rate sensor and determine a cardiac arrest condition of the wearer; and a communication unit that transmits alarm information to a repeater or other connected smart band under the control of the control unit when the control unit determines that the cardiac arrest condition is cardiac arrest, wherein the control unit responds to the sensing signal transmitted from the heart rate sensor. It is determined whether a signal is included and applied as a criterion for judgment when determining cardiac arrest.
