An ultra-long tunnel sewage disposing and separation drainage structure suitable for cold regions, comprising a portal segment drainage structure and a trunk segment drainage structure, as well as an outside clean water trench (14), an outside deeply buried water trench (15), an outside sewage trench (16) and a water purification tank (17); the portal segment drainage structure comprises a central water trench (6) and side-type sewage trenches A(7), the central water trench is deeply buried in a main tunnel portal segment (4) at a position lower than a freezing depth, the side-type sewage trenches A are provided on both sides of the main tunnel portal segment, the trunk segment drainage structure comprises side-type clean water trenches (8) and side-type sewage trenches B, and the side-type clean water trenches and the side-type sewage trenches B are provided on both sides of a main tunnel trunk segment (5). The drainage structure achieves the separation drainage disposal of clean water and sewage during tunnel construction and operation, and satisfies high environmental requirements; drainage structures are separately arranged on the portal segment and the trunk segment, meeting the thermal insulation requirements of drainage in cold regions, and being capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of cold disaster caused by the infiltration of underground water into tunnels; and a service tunnel is used to assist in enhancing the drainage capability of the main tunnel, thereby realizing the drainage of a huge amount of water for an ultra-long tunnel.
