The present invention relates to a method for producing genetically edited birds having resistance to avian influenza viruses. In a method according to an aspect, by correcting only core amino acids of a ANP32A gene, the intrinsic function of the ANP32A gene in a host can be maintained, and only virus-protein interactions can be elaborately restricted. When the method is used, novel poultry and bird breeds that do not raise biological stability issues, as well as cell lines having resistance to avian influenza viruses can be efficiently developed, and thus the method is expected to have high industrial applicability.
