Provided is an elevator disaster training device capable of adjusting the timing of starting training operation for an elevator in the event of a disaster in accordance with the given situation. This elevator disaster training device comprises: a transmission unit that transmits information; a reception unit that receives information; and a control unit that causes the transmission unit to transmit, to the terminal of an elevator administrator, training start promotion information that prompts the start of training in the event of a disaster, and when the reception unit receives training start instruction information corresponding to the training start promotion information, causes the transmission unit to transmit training operation start information that causes the elevator to start training operation in the event of a disaster.
