SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING THE LOAD TORQUE OF A PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING SPEED OF THE PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a load torque estimation system for a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a speed control system for a permanent magnet synchronous motor using the same. The load torque estimation system includes a rotation speed estimation unit, a speed estimation error calculation unit, a slide mode observer parameter calculation unit, and an estimate value calculation unit. The rotation speed estimator calculates the rotation speed estimate of the permanent magnet synchronous motor using the q-axis current of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the speed estimation error calculator uses the rotation speed estimate and the measured rotation speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to calculate the speed. The estimation error is calculated, the slide mode observer parameter calculator calculates the slide mode observer parameter using the speed estimation error, and the estimate calculator integrates the slide mode observer parameter to calculate the load torque estimate of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
