The present invention relates to a heterochiral peptide complex, a self-assembled intermediate thereof, an orientation mediator composition used for measurement of residual dipole bonding (NMR-RDC), a type of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, including the same, and a method for measuring NMR of a biomolecule using the same. , including beta-sheet-based peptides, has excellent structural stability to environmental factors such as heat, acidity and ion concentration, and has the advantage of being used as an orientation medium for RDC measurement for a wide range of biomolecules.
