The present invention can maximize sterilization efficiency through complex or selective sterilization treatment for powdered foods, particularly powdered foods with high microbial risk, and improve the quality and storage of powdered foods, and through non-heat treatment and minimal treatment It relates to a complex non-thermal sterilization treatment method for powdered food and a complex non-thermal sterilization facility for powdered food that can minimize carbon dioxide generation and environmental pollution. According to the present invention, the powder food input step of putting the powder food into the input device unit; a powder food transfer step of transferring the input powder food through a transfer line by a transfer device; a powder food sterilization treatment step of sterilizing the powdered food through a plurality of complex sterilization apparatus units configured on the transfer line; a sterilization control step of controlling a plurality of complex sterilization device units for sterilization; and a sterilization powder food discharging step of discharging the powder food sterilized in the powder food sterilization treatment step; wherein the powder food sterilization treatment step includes a light pulse sterilization treatment, a photocatalytic sterilization treatment, a cold plasma sterilization treatment, and a UV sterilization treatment. There is provided a powdered food complex non-heat sterilization treatment method, characterized in that two or more treatments are combined to be sterilized.
