The object of the invention is a door band (3) for building doors. The door strap is fitted with a first and a second attachment (4, 6) for attachment to a door frame (2) and a door blade (1). It also has a swivel arm (8),which connects the attachment parts (4, 6) in a pivoting axis (D), where the pivoting arm (8) is rotating with the first attachment part (4) and where the second attachment part (6) has a recording section (21) which absorbs the pivoting arm (8) in a closing motion. According to the invention, the swivel arm (8) is connected to the second fastening part (6) by means of warehouses (9, 10), with the warehouses (9,10) are designed as separate components and each of them with a cylindrical bearing section (11) intervene in a recording (12) of the second fixing part (6) and the swivel arm (8) is in a vertical direction parallel to the rotating axis (D) running in a direction (Z) of holding (13, 14) which is rotating in one setting (15) are placed in a storage unit (9, 10).
