A coal rock water infusion wetting-based pressure relief and bump prevention test method under true three-dimensional stress, comprising: step I, preparing a sample (3); step II, installing a water infusion pipe; step III, loading the raw coal sample (3) on a true triaxial test apparatus; step IV, applying triaxial stress; step V, relieving the pressure; step VI, simulating roof weighing; step VII, replacing the raw coal sample, and repeating steps II-IV; step VIII, performing a water infusion test; step ⅸ, repeating step VI to simulate roof weighing again; and step X, formatting test data. By selecting a hexahedral raw coal sample (3) having a water infusion hole (15) on the front surface for testing, then putting the hexahedron sample (3) into a special true triaxial test apparatus, and skillfully adopting steps such as stress loading mode control in a pressure relief process and roof weighing simulation, coal rock water infusion wetting-based pressure relief and bump prevention indoor simulation test under true three-dimensional stress is carried out to study the mechanism of coal seam water infusion pressure bump prevention under the action of native stress and provide a scientific basis for scientifically selecting related process parameters.
