A bone tissue engineering scaffold having gradually antibacterial and bone regeneration promoting functions, a manufacturing method for the scaffold, and applications thereof. The composition of the scaffold comprises: a hydroxyapatite porous scaffold, a divalent metal ion-modified two-dimensional black phosphorus nanomaterial loaded on the surface of the hydroxyapatite porous scaffold, and a degradable polymer coating layer. First, a three-dimensionally ordered hydroxyapatite scaffold is manufactured by means of a 3D printing technique, then, a metal-ligand black phosphorous having a positive electric charge and great stability is manufactured by utilizing a coordination effect of a bivalent metal ion and black phosphorous, the ligand-modified black phosphorous is blended with a degradable polymer, the hydroxyapatite scaffold is immersed in the blend and then retrieved, when a solvent of the blend is evaporated, the metal-ligand black phosphorus having near-infrared responsiveness is loaded on the surface of the scaffold, and a composite bone implant capable of implementing photothermal bacterial control and heat-induced osteogenesis is produced.
