Process for the preparation of compounds of the formula (I) or (II) by reacting the compounds of the general formula (III) or (IV) with 18F fluoride, where X1 is an electron-withdrawing nitro, aldehyde, nitrile, alkyl ester, phenyl ketone , Fluorine, fluorine isotopic, chlorine, bromine, iodine or trifluoromethyl group, where X2 is a nitro, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, trialkylammonium or phenyliodonium nucleofug, where R is stands for a monocyclic, dicyclic or tricyclic radical and where Z stands for an alkyl, alkyl ether, alkenyl or alkynyl chain which is linked to R via a CC bond or a functional group.
