A treatment arrangement for removing parasites, such as fish lice, from farmed fish, comprising a spraying device (4) having a channel (8) therethrough, said channel (8) forming a feeding path for said fish. The channel (8) comprises openings for separating water and parasites from the fish. A plurality of spray nozzles (12) are directing a spray of water into said channel (8). The channel (8) has a ridge (10) extending along said channel (8), dividing the channel (8) into a right and a left part, causing the fish to be fed through the channel (8) with its head first. The plurality of nozzles (12) are directed at an angle in the downstream direction of the feeding direction of the fish.
