PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple device configuration for preventing a lighting fixture from falling off. SOLUTION: A loose nut for preventing a luminaire from falling off is formed in a direction different from a screwed portion screwed into a male screw portion of an anchor bolt installed on an inner surface of a tunnel and a screwing direction in the screwed portion. A wire joint portion having a through hole through which a wire connected to a luminaire or a member to which the luminaire is attached penetrates is integrally formed of a metal material.
