A control unit (21) includes: an electrocardiographic waveform acquisition unit (21A) configured to acquire electrocardiographic waveform data of the user; and a pain determination unit (21B) configured based on a comparison between first electrocardiographic waveform data obtained from the electrocardiographic waveform acquiring unit (21A) in a state where no physical load is applied to the user's body, and second electrocardiographic waveform data obtained from the electrocardiographic waveform detection unit (21A) in a state in which a load is applied to the user's body to determine a degree of pain detected by the user in a state in which the Load is applied.
